August is always a busy time here at the Bloguettes office! We welcomed a new group of semester interns, continued to work on various projects and started preparing for the fall. Of course, we've taken some time for our favorite brands of the month, and we can't wait to share them with you.

Sometimes it can feel like maintaining a healthy lifestyle is an overwhelming challenge that doesn’t fit within the realities of daily life.
