Even though I'm a summer lover, once there is a chill in the air and the leaves start to turn, I definitely embrace whatever is cozy.

There is something so heartwarming about layering down and going for a walk, hike, or adventures in the woods just taking in the scenery.

IMG_2477

Whenever my puppy and I go out for walks I always shake up diapers because it will start off cold but I usually end up quite warm by the end of the walk.

IMG_2598

There is nothing better than having or giving away really high quality material made for this time.

IMG_2696

As I get older, I find that when it comes to vacations, I give or ask for everything that is practical.

IMG_2704

I'd rather buy someone an item they can wear through the colder months as well as something that will last them a long time.

IMG_2508

For me, I wear sportswear everyday, and even for those who don't, there are some items I wanted to share that would be a perfect gift idea for a Friday night soccer game, a hike in the woods or a cozy night by the fire.

Looking for the perfect layered look for yourself or a loved one this holiday season? Adidas and I have you covered, literally!

1) ESSENTIALS DOWN JACKET ($ 90)

This jacket is going to be a GO TO for you. I'm so obsessed with the basic adidas 3-stripe design on the arms and the athletic fit and puffy look.

IMG_2502

Personally I got a size large because I wanted to be able to layer underneath and will say I'm glad I did.

IMG_2691

This jacket has great front pockets, made from recycled material (heyo!), And will wick away rain and snow on a foggy hike as well.

2) ESSENTIALS COMFORT ELONGATED 1/4 ZIP SWEATSHIRT ($ 55)

I live for any oversized sweatshirt in the cold months and this adidas ¼ extended zip is PERFECT to wear with leggings on a walk in the woods, comfy on the sofa, or layered under your jacket.

IMG_2429

I went with a medium on this one and I'm glad I did. I'm 5'8 for reference and the length and sleeves are definitely long enough for me.

IMG_2491

I love this power berry color (obviously anything that has POWER in the title that I'm going for) and the ¼ zip is one of my favorite details in a sweatshirt.

IMG_2679

3) ALPHASKIN COLD.RDY LONG TIGHTS ($ 80)

All of you… .you want these. Let me just say that I'm a bit of a pantyhose snob as I tend to be very specific about waist height, waist and length. I'm a big girl and these CHECK EVERY BOX.

IMG_2350

JE VIVANT for this lined HIGH waistband that literally hugs you and comforts you to the core.

IMG_2374

PLUS they'll literally keep you warm that you might not even need the sweatshirt;]but seriously, so much quality in one piece.
IMG_2390They have a drawstring at the front for added comfort and security.

IMG_2369

They also have secret storage so you can slip your lip balm or house key into the small pocket at the back of the waist.

IMG_2367

These adidas training tights are compressive, they will help you feel supported while being insulated with a fabric that helps you stay dry.

IMG_2684

These hit me through their full length and again I'm 5'8 and love where they cover up, especially in the colder weather.

IMG_2689

When it comes to adidas shoes, you can't go wrong with ultraboost.

IMG_2682

These are super true to size for me (I'm an 8.5 female) and I was looking to get an all-black pair of shoes that I don't have to worry about staining if I want to wear them in the woods.

IMG_2680

Ultraboost gives you support but also a ton of comfort with their rexpressive cushioning that keeps transitions smooth and energy flowing.

I was worried about black on black, but I love the way it all comes together and really matches any outfit I have for coaching clients, wearing out for brunch, or working out. .

5) GLAM ON BEANIE ($ 28)

To top it off, a cap is SO perfect for keeping you warm while providing a complete stylish outfit.

IMG_2673

Before every outdoor walk in the colder months, I put on some type of pull-on beanie to stay warm.

IMG_2419

This Glam beanie is a perfect combination of style and comfort with its super stretchy yet soft fabric.

You can't go wrong with any of these items that could complete your perfect athleisure vacation look.

IMG_2319

I live in the comfort of anything and everything, especially trying to stay warm, and you'll find it all in this combo.

What's your GO TO part for colder weather? Share below!

Happy Holidays!
