SmackDown takes place from an empty WWE Performance Center thanks to COVID-19.

HHH personally welcomes us to the WWE Performance Center to start the show. Sit back, relax and if you can forget about the world around you let WWE entertain you.

Michael Cole discusses the opening of the show and explains that tonight's show is in an empty “arena” with a very small crew. HHH joins him on the comments to start the show… that should be interesting.

Bayley interrupts HHH by speaking to us at the comments desk. She and Sasha Banks did a promo about being back at the Performance Center and wondering where Paige is tonight.

Alexa Bliss and Nikki Cross go out and challenge Bayley and Sasha to a match. Ring the bell!

Team match:

SmackDown Women's Champion Bayley and Sasha Banks

Alexa Bliss and Nikki Cross

Asuka distracts Alexa Bliss and Nikki by dancing on the ramp.

HHH leaves the comment office to Michael Cole. Cole calls him Trips as he leaves.

Recap of Universal Champion Goldberg challenged by Roman Reigns at WrestleMania

Ring interview with Roman Reigns
Cole and Roman talk about his last year of his life. They are also addressing "critics" who say Roman shouldn't be in a main event (not Brock v Drew?) Of WrestleMania. Roman also calls Goldberg stupid because of the college he attended. Calls Goldberg a timer (burn it) and says he's gonna whip her ass.

In the wings: New InterContinental Champion Sami Zayn guesses he's going to be interviewed… but he's getting pushed around tonight… for Jeff Hardy's return.

King Corbin interrupts Jeff and laughs at his DUIs. Jeff informs him of their game later.

Elias shows up for some reason.

HHH is back on the comments. He blames the internet for needing him after a Michael Cole segment.

Daniel Bryan vs Drew Gulak's incredible match recap since Elimination Chamber

In the wings: Daniel Bryan finds Drew Gulak and congratulates him on the game they had. Daniel asks if Gulak is always ready to teach him things.

IC champion Sami Zayn barges in and crushes Daniel Bryan for not joining their team. Ultimately, Cesaro and Daniel Bryan face off in a match.

HHH is making the game official at the counter with a hilarious reason. Only because of the quality of Shinsuke Nakamura's promo (he didn't say / do anything…. You had to be there…).

The full replay of the SmackDown Tag Team Championship by Elimination Chamber is shown. Find the fantastic recap of this show here at
HHH: It was a long game luckily because Michael Cole just came back from the elimination chamber here at the performance center.

HHH was the star of this show with his DX style on the comments. Really lightened the mood.

At the end of the match, the camera pans from the big screen to the ring where SmackDown team champions Miz & Morrison are ready to cut a promo. They poll the audience with various questions about their incredible quality. They also get cheap heat on the non-existent crowd for their own enjoyment. Great stuff here.

Daniel Bryan with Drew Gulak enters the empty arena for the next match. They went to commercial.

As they return from the break, HHH is filming Cole. Then they release a hyped video for Ron Gronkowski joining WWE. Then they bring in Ron's "best friend" Mojo Rawley to announce (badly) that Gronk is going to be on SmackDown next week.

Meanwhile, Daniel Bryan and Drew Gulak have been standing in the ring waiting for the game during a commercial and all that hype ... they show a recap of Sami Zayn winning the InterContinental title.

Singles match:

Daniel Bryan with Drew Gulak

Cesaro with Sami Zayn and Shinsuke Nakamura, InterContinental Champion

IC champion Sami Zayn joined HHH and Cole on comments that were of course solid gold.

Nakamura attacks Daniel Bryan after the match, and Dew Gulak comes to his aid, but is passed by Cesaro / Zayn / Nakamura. Daniel Bryan saves him.

Singles match:

Jeff Hardy

King Corbin

Elias has joined the commentary team for this match. Jeff Hardy has a full light show for his entrance which was very strange looking into an empty space.

HHH thanks the audience for enjoying tonight's show without the most important part of the show… .us.

John cena
Cena is there and ready to tell some truths.

Do yourself a favor and look for this. Sit back and enjoy what Cena does best.

A recap is shown of The Fiend appearing 2 weeks ago to challenge Cena to a match.

Why the hell are WWE and its fans giving Bray Wyatt so many chances? He then lists a bunch of guys from NXT who deserve it more than Wyatt. He won the match so he could take out Wyatt for good.

They Bray comes out as Fun House Bray Wyatt to meet. Said Cena is right here for the spotlight… he wants to.

Typing this doesn't even do a fraction of a respect. Please go out and watch this segment. It is really worth it.

The show ends with the zoom on The Fiend's face and his laughter rings out.

Overall, it was a very entertaining show. Honestly, I didn't miss the crowd at all after the first segment. WWE can really make lemons out of lemons when they have to and it showed tonight.
