Hi friends! Hope you are doing well during this time.

Do we all have the impression that Kita looks like this photo?

The queen in her natural habitat wrapped in her favorite blanket (s).

Now, I will say, that I personally didn't spend every day on the couch in my forties, but I used that time to really focus on self-care.

Life before that time was definitely busy and exciting, but personally I was used to it and loved this beat. As a traveling trainer, I often go from place to place, but I definitely put my own self-care at the end of my priority list, even though I knew I had to do better at it.

My anxiety increased during this time and I quickly realized that there were things I needed to deal with mentally and that I felt my busy lifestyle was often put aside.

I started going back to therapy (via video calls), which was a GAME CHANGER for me as it always has been. I knew I had to start seeing someone again and there was no better time than now to devote that time each week to helping.

I have been in therapy since I was 10 years old and it has always been very helpful for my anxiety.

In addition to therapy (which is my # 1), I have also had magnesium salt baths with a few drops of lavender oil several nights a week to really let go and relax.

I'm always teach 5x lessons per week via Zoom and trying hard to balance these days with mobility, stretching and yoga to focus on what my body needs to recover.

I also spent more time finding a simple skincare routine that I stayed consistent with and also using other recovery tools like this CBD body butter from my friends in Ned.

My friends at Ned were kind enough to send their hemp infused body butter as well as their CBD oil.

I wanted to touch on each product that relates to my life and maybe how it can benefit yours as well.

Their body butter is made in small batches that make it rich in vitamins A, C, and E, nutrients, antioxidants, and essential fatty acids. They claim that it can revive your skin while also boosting blood circulation.

I use it after taking a bath on different painful parts of the body.

I've been using hemp infused products for years now but have never really stuck with a single company. When I started researching Ned, thanks to Mind Pump Mediapodcast recommendation, I loved what their company stood for and the quality they shared.

I know the information on CBD products can be confusing, so to put it simply, CBD oil is cannabinoids which are the compounds in hemp flowers that provide functional support to the endocannabinoid systems in our bodies.

savePNGAt Ned full spectrum oil, Terpenes and cannabinoids work together to maximize the effects of each other for helps support stress, balance, mood health and beyond.

Others have said that it can also be helpful against inflammation.

I have personally used CBD oil for anxiety relief and have found it helpful to take before bed to help sleep.

You can find a complete list of their educational articles here to learn more.

This oil won't get you high, but tastes very "hemp" for lack of a better term.

As always, I never say anything is 'magic', but when it comes to CBD consistency will be key to potentially seeing benefits.

The company recommends starting with a smaller dose and then working your way up from there. Personally, I can take a larger dose, as I have been using it for a longer time, to relieve stress and fall asleep at night.

They even have a full line for menstrual relief called the 'Natural cycle kit".

All of their hemp is grown in the sun in the cool soil of Paonia, Colorado and comes directly from a few small farms. Ned is working with farmers to select non-GMO strains of hemp known for their superior cannabinoid and terpenes profiles, potency and flavor.

After learning more about the company, I respect their transparency and commitment to quality.

Thanks to my friends at NED for sending in some of their great products and checking them out.

Be true to you,

xo Kasey
