While he may not be as universally known as his opponent, Jones Jr has also enjoyed a superb and rich career at the highest level, which has combined speed, power and athleticism to win world titles in four weight classes. - from medium to heavyweights.

He has lost nine times, most recently to Britain's Enzo Maccarinelli in Russia in 2015.

His losses include a three-game losing streak from 2009 to 2011 as Green, Bernard Hopkins and Denis Lebedev got the better of him.

Prior to that, his most famous defeat came at the fists of legendary Welshman Joe Calzaghe who hung up his gloves after their clash at Madison Square Garden in 2008.

Jones Jr.'s first career loss came in his 35th fight when he was defeated by Montell Griffin in 1997. He would avenge that loss a few months later in their rematch.

His three other defeats also came in succession as he lost twice to Antonio Tarver and Glen Johnson between 2004 and 2005.

Despite his age and the fact that he has nothing to prove in the sport, Jones Jr is now ready to go again as his eagerly awaited clash Tyson came closer.
