So, is it worth buying Naturo Sciences Probiotics 15?

The composition of probiotic strains and the level of CFUs is very similar to Nutrition Now PB8 (14 billion CFU, 8 strains). Probiotics 15 contain L. gasseri instead of L. casei and do not contain L. rhamnosus or L. salivarius.

B. bifidum has similar health benefits to L. casei (treatment of IBS and some types of diarrhea), while L. gasseri has been shown to provide weight loss benefits in some small-scale studies.
