Well, I'm starting my third week eating. And I am also proud to say that my husband has participated in the same program as me and is doing quite well. Although he tends to b * t * h every now and then.

So we are on the AKA Atkins AKA Keto AKA High Protein Low Carb Diet Plan.

It's pretty much like before, you don't have any snacks and if you are hungry you eat something that is good for you. I still drink my protein shake in the morning when I leave my house. And I try to focus on protein, protein, protein, good fats, low carbs and certainly nothing processed, out of a box, or whatever AKA white bread, starches, potatoes, rice, pasta. And I'm definitely in the groove now.

The first few weeks, I really ran out of bread. The second week I really missed the spirit of fries and right now I'm feeling pretty good with things. I just wrapped it in a towel and said thank you very much and ended up throwing it away. When they came out of my office I ate my hard-boiled eggs and baby almonds and was very happy with that.

So this week, she and I are going to try to eat no later than 7:30 am, which we have been doing for 2 weeks at night. And we're going to have a light breakfast, an AKA protein shake, then lunch, a snack, then the last meal until the next day where we'll start over with a protein shake.

But I think this is the best at the moment. Probably because I'm still so insecure and self-aware
