Chris Hemsworth is to Australia what Brad Pitt is to the United States. Robust, elegant, adorable. And as long as there are those who say Australia's obsession with Chris Hemsworth has gone too far, 2014's sexiest man never ceases to justify the hype.

Enter: his latest Instagram post, which put the fear of God in some of the fittest men in the world.

Hemsworth posted the following photo to Instagram on Saturday with the caption: “Cheat day today. I decided to treat myself to this very big donut, it's really heavy @centrfit. "

The image shows Hemsworth doing a tractor tire flip with what appears to be greener and easier to obtain equipment.

This compound exercise is ideal for building whole body strength and power, and gives an interesting and challenging element to functional training.

It can also, apparently, lead to a set of super strong shoulders.

Professional surfers Otis Carey, Italo Ferreira and Mick Fanning all paid tribute in the comments section.

"Big guy."

"Looks like you're going to pop mate."

Fitness trainer Torre Washington said, “The boss is moving bredda.

The highlight, however, was when upcoming Thor 4 co-star Chris Pratt begged Hemsworth to stop making him look bad.

"Hi buddy. I just heard from my trainer and he needs you to stop training because since we're gonna be in the same movie and all, he doesn't want me standing next to you if you look like that so i'm gonna need you put on 25 pounds really cool, thanks.

Hemsworth is talented in a number of ways, but there's no denying that in recent years the 37-year-old has doubled his physical form.

Last year he launched Center, a (holistic) fitness app, which has taken Australia by storm, claiming to be users' “PT, dietitian, chef and wellness coach”.

It turned out to be quite successful, even seeing "typical double volumeBecause Australians were working from home earlier this year.

Subtle promotional messages like the photo above definitely help (this isn't the first time Hemsworth has shown off his tire turner skills, nor the first time he's tagged Centr).

But hey: in this age of Instagram, we've long accepted that inspiration and promotion don't have to be mutually exclusive.

Centr also taps into the holistic health movement, also helping users take care of their mental health, while inspiring them to achieve realistic diet and fitness goals, which has played a role in her success in a market previously saturated with quick fixes and ab busters. .
