Lisa Rinna's work tips

So here's a twist on the plot ...

As you know, Amelia Gray Hamlin has a famous mom: Lisa rinna. Amelia was recently on the podcast where we talked about her eating disorder, the social pressures of growing up with parents in the spotlight and I even confessed to Amelia that her mom taught me how to give a blowjob. The episode is broken down into a post for you here. But whatever…

YES. Lisa Rinna is the first person to teach me about blowjobs. She talked about it all in her book, Rinnavation.

You really need to read Rinnavation if you haven't already. She shares so much great advice and not just about blowjobs, but the blowjob advice is killer.

As I mentioned, her book has tons of tips, so I wanted to share my best take out with you.

Lisa Rinna's work tips

Top 5 takeaways from Lisa Rinna's book, Rinnavation:

♡ 'The ring'

First, the tip of the pipe. It basically involves you curling your fingers into an O shape or making the `` OK '' hand gesture. Then you place your fully seared "ring" over the sausage like a pig in a blanket. LOL. Lisa says:

“Basically this is the first and most important step in giving a good blowjob. Form the seal by closing your thumb and forefinger around your mouth as if you were waving "okay". Then with your thumb and forefinger, squeeze and release the pressure. This, known as the ring, controls how deep the penis penetrates into your mouth. By using The Seal and the Ring, you can create a deep throat sensation without taking the whole penis in your mouth (this movement also prevents gagging). … Keep letting your hands help you. Use your Seal and Ring hand to twist the tree. "

♡ Stop for a cuddle break.

This is such good advice. Lisa says that when you argue or fight with your partner, stop and give them a hug. But like, a real, genuine, meaningful, intimate, 30 second hug.

She says taking the time to connect can really help in tense situations.

♡ Moving her body is the most important thing she does to take care of herself.

Lisa Rinna is absolutely obsessed with yoga. She goes there all the time because it's her favorite way to find peace. She's been practicing it for 26 years and boy oh boy you can tell by looking at her.

She also dances all the time. She has hers dance videos & always dance around the house. You know if you follow her Instagram. Lol.

In addition, she is a huge fan of SoulCycle, hiking and walking. She said she could walk for miles, miles and miles.

♡ She's a dirty vegan.

Lisa eats mostly plants, but sometimes has meat. She takes multivitamins, vitamin B12, calcium and magnesium, but she especially consumes a lot of vitamin B every day because it lowers the risk of breast cancer.

She also likes celery juice. There is a blog post about it here, but you also want to detail the advantages:

+ anti-inflammatory

+ reduces high cholesterol

+ rich in antioxidants

+ lowers high blood pressure

+ cleanses the liver

+ low in calories but rich in electrolytes, antioxidants, potassium, B vitamins and vitamin C

+ fights infections with antibacterial and antimicrobial properties

+ helps with bloating thanks to a diuretic effect

+ facilitates digestion

+ reduces the risk of UTI ( Yes please )

Lisa starts her day with a huge cup of green tea (you've probably noticed this if you watch Housewives ) and stay away from processed foods. If she wants to treat herself, she has ice cream or Mexican food and NEVER lets a piece of cake pass. Yum.

She always tries to fill her body with things that make her feel good and practices moderation instead of using the word diet. via

♡ Her favorite foundation is the same as ours ...

CC IT COSMETIC CREAM. It might not be your favorite, but it's mine. LOL. Lisa is obsessed with It Cosmetics products. I mean, let's go on a tangent of the quality of this stuff.

Hands down, this is the best CC cream I have ever tried. In fact, I don't know how I managed without it. It's really crazy for people hyperpigmentation (me!)… AND there is SPF in it.

Additionally, I recommended it to THREE professional makeup artists who reviewed me with RAVE reviews. What more could you ask for?

We've been in the wet beautyblender before, but that's a game-changer for this CC cream. Together they form that pink and shiny Snapchat filter finish that you will also get hooked on. To be true, I'd rather not do my makeup without this CC Cream, honestly. His this well.

This CC Cream changed my skin / makeup game. It's actually magical.

So, I really wanted to talk about Lisa Rinna and her blog book because I feel like she's totally TSC-esque Suzanne Somers way, you know ??

Not only does she delve deeper into the tips above, but she also explains how she loses weight for the red carpet, details of how she receives it. Dancing with the stars body, and his experiences with plastic surgery.

You should also check out his other book The Big Fun Sexy Sex Book, and did you know that she wrote a novel called Star? She really does it all. In short, I like Rinnavation SO MUCH and I highly recommend it.

We have to put her on the podcast, don't you think?
